The stamina test, by doing burpees.

This exercise resembles the pushups but it’s in another way. First, squat down and place your hands on floor as if you are about to do pushups. Second, kick your foot back to a pushup position. Third, immediately return your feet to a squat position and then jump as you can from the squat position.
Rate your self
15 or fewer burpees = weak, not in good shape.
Around 25 = You're in average shape.
Around 35 = You've got good stamina.
45 or more = You must never get tired! Very good shape!
