Hade bara lust att lägga upp denna övning jag körde på sats förra veckan. I call it madness.

Indoor rower








An indoor rower, or ergometer, is a very useful machine which gets your whole body worked out. We often see this machine laying there without anybody using it.  It may be boring, yes. But it’s more effective then the treadmill.

This machine works-out, Arms, legs, chest, back, abs-even your mind-your whole body gets a complete workout with rowing. It evens better your condition and stamina. Give it try.. STAY FIT.

The stamina test, by doing burpees.

This exercise resembles the pushups but it’s in another way. First, squat down and place your hands on floor as if you are about to do pushups. Second, kick your foot back to a pushup position. Third, immediately return your feet to a squat position and then jump as you can from the squat position.
Rate your self
15 or fewer burpees = weak, not in good shape.
Around 25 = You're in average shape.
Around 35 = You've got good stamina.
45 or more = You must never get tired! Very good shape!
