Always warm up before lifting anything and stretch properly afterwards.This increases blood flow through your muscles and will reduce the risk of injury and increase your performance.
Try taking many small breaks, if you re lifting a lot of weights.
If it strains to carry the weight, then it’s too heavy. Don’t overdo yourself.
Always avoid slippery floor when lifting or walking.
Keep in mind that a small size doesn’t always means light weight/ load.
When lifting, always bend the hips and push the chest out, pointing forward.
