Breakfast.



Breakfast is the most important meal the day. People sometimes skip breakfast due to lack of time or they simply don’t feel like eating. Are you aware of after sleeping for several hours, your body hasn’t had any food. Breakfast provides us the energy we need in order to face the day. Have in mind that if you skip breakfast, you will start feeling hungry around mid-morning which is about 10-15 hours since ate something. You will be feeling weak through the day.

Eating breakfast could also be the key to balancing your weight. If you are fed up with the same old breakfast, why not try a fruit smoothie or Porridge oats. Don’t be lazy.

Remember, Food is fuel for your body so don’t skip it .stay healthy. J
