- Always warm up before lifting anything and stretch properly afterwards. This increases blood flow through your muscles and will reduce the risk of injury and increase your performance.
- Try taking many small breaks, if you re lifting a lot of weights.
- If it strains to carry the weight, then it’s too heavy. Don’t overdo yourself.
- Always avoid slippery floor when lifting or walking.
- Keep in mind that a small size doesn’t always means light weight/ load.
- When lifting, always bend the hips and push the chest out, pointing forward.

Breakfast.
Breakfast is the most important meal the day. People sometimes skip breakfast due to lack of time or they simply don’t feel like eating. Are you aware of after sleeping for several hours, your body hasn’t had any food. Breakfast provides us the energy we need in order to face the day. Have in mind that if you skip breakfast, you will start feeling hungry around mid-morning which is about 10-15 hours since ate something. You will be feeling weak through the day.
Eating breakfast could also be the key to balancing your weight. If you are fed up with the same old breakfast, why not try a fruit smoothie or Porridge oats. Don’t be lazy.
Remember, Food is fuel for your body so don’t skip it .stay healthy. J

The Dips
In this exercise, the primary muscles which are worked out are triceps chest and shoulders and latissmus. This basic exercise builds muscle mass and thickness of the triceps.
First, hang yourself over the parallel bars. And then lower your body until 90 degrees (slowly) and then back to the top. Complete reps of 5x10. While doing to this exercise rest as little as possible.
